Brain Injury Alliance of Utah
The Brain Injury Alliance of Utah, was established in 1984 as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. The Alliance is the only non-profit organization dedicated exclusively to education and support for the issues of prevention and recovery of brain injury in the state of Utah.
Disability Law Center
A private, nonprofit organization designated by the Governor to protect the rights of people with disabilities in Utah. Provides legal assistance for people with disabilities with offices in Salt Lake City, Cedar City, and Logan, Utah. Their goal is to enforce and strengthen the laws that protect the rights of people with disabilities in Utah through legal advocacy.
2-1-1 (Also known as United Way) connects people to important health, human, and community service programs including: emergency food pantries, rental assistance, public health clinics, child care resources, support groups, legal aid, and a variety of nonprofit and government agencies. Utah Division of Services for People with Disabilities
Provides opportunities and services that help people with developmental disabilities participate fully in Utah life. They oversee community programs including residential options, day services, and supports for families who care for people with developmental disabilities.
Utah Parent Center
Helps parents help their children, youth and young adults with all disabilities to live included, productive lives as members of the community. We accomplish our mission by providing accurate information, empathetic peer support, valuable training and effective advocacy based on the concept of parents helping parents.
