The Housing Authority of Salt Lake City (HASLC) Online Application The Authority is a federally funded Special Purpose Government Agency, providing rent subsidies and affordable housing to lower income families located in Salt Lake City, Utah. HASLC provides housing assistance through the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program.
