UILC Youth Transition Summer Program

Empowering Tomorrow With New Leaders Today

Do you want to decide your future? Can you see yourself as a leader? Is being employed important to you?If “Yes”, this program is for you!

Program Requirements

Ages

14 to 21-years-old

When

Monday & Wednesday, June 15—August 31

Eligibility

$Students with disabilies looking to transition to adult living who are eligible for vocational rehabilitation and want a voice in their future.
This program is FREE of Charge through a grant from DWS-USOR.
Optional Add-on Outings Day (Friday) $55

Bus Pass

Students are responsible for their own bus pass or tokens (we travel frequently around the community).

Optional Add-In Program
Friday Outings Day

This separate Outings Day, an optional addin program, is only available to students also in the Monday/Wednesday Transition Program. Consists of Friday outings to community events/locations and concludes with a Day Camp on August 5th. Suggested donation is $55 and includes a T-shirt.
