Outreach & Independent Living (IL) Skills Program

The Utah Independent Living Center covers Salt Lake County, Tooele County, and Summit County. This includes areas that may be far from Salt Lake and difficult for consumers to access our regular services.

Because of this, the UILC has an outreach program to provide our services to consumers who live outside of the Salt Lake Valley.

Community Integration Coordinator

Expertise in coordination community activites. Responsibilities are assisting consumers to develop independent living skills through community participation and assisitng community facilities to become more accessible.

Secretary Receptionist/Loan Bank Services

Expertise in providing clerical support, information and referral, and assistance checking out equipment from our Loan Bank. Responsibilities includeing being familiar with community services, greeting and assisting consumer, answering incoming calls, and maintaining Loan Bank service records.
