The UILC is a non-residential facility that provides services that enhance the independence of people with disabilities which include four core services of:

Outside of the Salt Lake Valley:

We have a Tooele Satellite office as well as an Outreach Program to provide services to outlying areas of the Salt Lake Valley and up into Summit County.
There is also a network of IL centers throughout the state.

Eligibility
A person must have a physical or mental disability which impairs activities of daily living and a reasonable expectation must exist that UILC's services will increase independence.
